The year is almost halfway over and we’re just getting into prime sunscreen season. Memorial Day marks the start of summer and as redheads, we’re always happy “Don’t Fry Day” is held the Friday before this American holiday each year. Its purpose is to raise awareness about the dangers of overexposure to the sun and to promote sun safety measures, such as wearing sunscreen, protective clothing, and sunglasses, and seeking shade during peak sun hours. It’s a reminder to protect your skin from harmful UV rays to prevent skin cancer and premature aging. We thought this was the perfect opportunity to share our top redhead-approved sunscreen contenders for 2024. You’re probably familiar with some of these brands and products because we simply won’t stop talking about them. If you’re in the market for a new sunscreen for this summer, give one of these a try:

1. CoTZ

We love all the sunscreen products from CoTZ — so much that we’ve even included them in the H2BAR Beauty Boxes many times. This summer we are loving a tinted SPF, and CoTZ has 2 we keep reaching for:

CoTZ Face Moisture Lightly Tinted Mineral Sunscreen Broad Spectrum SPF 35: $30

2. La Roche-Posay

It’s no secret that La Roche-Posay is a leader in skincare and SPF. We love this brand for redheads because it’s targeted toward sensitive skin and dermatologists recommended it.

La Roche-Posay Anthelios Tinted Sunscreen SPF 50: $38

3. ThinkSun

From babies to kids and adults, ThinkSun offers it all. We love their 100% mineral sunscreens for the whole family, and even use their kid’s products for sensitive-skinned adults!

Thinksport SPF 50+ Mineral Sunscreen: $22

4. Sun Bum

With a wide selection of vegan, reef-safe, cruelty-free products, Sun Bum is a great choice for redheads. Two of their products we enjoy are their mess-free facial sticks:

Sun Bum Kids SPF 50 Clear Sunscreen Face Stick: $12

5. Blue Lizard

Another brand that has a big focus on sensitive skin is Blue Lizard. Their mineral sunscreens are reef-safe and a great alternative to chemical sunscreens.

Blue Lizard Sensitive Face Mineral Sunscreen with Zinc Oxide and Hydrating Hyaluronic Acid, SPF 30+: $18

6. Neutrogena

If you’re looking for high SPF, affordable sport sunscreen you can’t go wrong with Neutrogena’s Dry Touch options.

Neutrogena Ultra Sheer Dry Touch Broad Spectrum SPF 70: $14

7. Innisfree

Some of the best sunscreens in the world come out of Korea, and Innisfree is one of our favorites. It also wears well under makeup.

Innisfree Daily UV Defense Mineral Sunscreen Broad Spectrum SPF 45: $22

8. Elta MD

The most popular SPF among dermatologists, estheticians, and other skincare professionals this year? Elta MD! The UV Clear products are a must-try for all skin types.

When we talk about the redhead experience, it’s more than just having red hair. Yes, our redhead experience comes from the color of our hair, but non-redheads probably do not realize how much of an impact our hair color has on our lives, and what types of experiences we have out in the world. Have you ever wondered what common experiences and conversations are unique to redheads? We’re here to tell you:

1. Being Teased or Bullied for Our Hair Color

Almost any redhead you ask has a story about being teased or bullied for their hair color. For most redheads, it’s something that happens in childhood, but it’s known to happen to adults too.

2. The Journey to Loving Your Red Hair

With all the teasing, often comes some self-loathing. Even if a redhead isn’t directly impacted by the stigmas of red hair, it’s felt in society. That’s why so many redheads have a journey to loving their red hair. For some it’s easy, and for others, it’s a lifelong struggle — this is something many other hair colors do not experience.

3. Talking About Sun Safety / Skin Cancer

Everyone should be concerned with sun safety and preventing skin cancer, but for redheads, it’s a much more pressing topic. Redheads are far more likely to develop skin cancer than those without red hair, which means that from a young age, we have to take our sun protection very seriously. Thankfully, young redheads live in a world where wearing sunscreen is cool, but for adult redheads who grew up in a different time, it wasn’t always that way.

4. Correcting Misconceptions About Redheads

Most non-redheads seem to have some preconceived notions or misconceptions about redheads and of course, it becomes our job to correct them.

Some misconceptions about redheads include:

1. Hot temper: While there’s a stereotype that redheads have fiery tempers, temperament is individual and not determined by hair color.

2. Frequent hair color changes: Contrary to popular belief, many redheads have naturally vibrant hair and don’t need to dye it often.

3. Rareness: While red hair is less common globally, it’s not as rare as some may think. It occurs in around 1-2% of the world’s population.

4. Sun sensitivity: While redheads may have a higher risk of sunburn due to their fair skin, not all experience extreme photosensitivity or photophobia.

5. Personality traits: Just like people of any other hair color, redheads are diverse in personality traits and shouldn’t be stereotyped based on their hair color alone.

5. Having to Explain Where Your Hair Color Comes From

People always want an explanation of where you got your red hair. They want a full family tree breakdown, or to know your lineage. For some redheads, it’s easy to pinpoint, but for others all they know is the gene must be present. People also don’t usually know how red hair comes about, so that’s another thing we have to explain.

6. Struggling to Find Makeup

For redheads who wear makeup, it’s a pretty universal experience of not being able to find the right shade foundation, scrolling endlessly through photos trying to find someone who looks remotely like you to see what shade they’re wearing in a certain lipstick or blush. We hope that the H2BAR brow, mascara, and lip products can help ease this trouble for redheads, but we know it’s still a very real experience.

7. Not Understanding Your Skin

Redheads usually have sensitive skin, which may lead to skin conditions or reactions. Unless you have other redheads in your life, you may not know what to watch out for. Not understanding your skin can be confusing. Most of the time a dermatologist can help you out, but we know there are some out there not educated in redhead skin who might leave you with more questions than answers.

Every week, we put out a call for your redhead questions. This gives you a chance to get advice or input from our team of redheads. From beauty and fashion to lifestyle, redheads are in a unique boat, and we want to help make this community a place where you can turn to for all your redhead needs.

This week we’re tackling a question we’ve received a couple of times. Can redheads wear white? Do redheads look good in white? Do redheads look better in black or white? Let’s talk about it! A common misconception is that redheads can’t (or shouldn’t) wear the color white. While, of course, redheads can technically wear anything, this idea comes from the fact that most redheads are fair-skinned. The idea that fair-skinned people shouldn’t wear white is silly. Redheads look amazing in white, and it can really make our red hair pop.

Redheads can wear white because it complements our unique hair color and creates a striking contrast that enhances our overall appearance. Additionally, white clothing can help to brighten a redhead’s complexion and make our natural features stand out. It’s all about finding the right shades and styles of white that work best for each individual redhead’s skin tone and personal style. Let’s talk about how redheads can rock white:

1. Know about the different shades of white and which looks best on you

The first thing to think about is “pure” white versus other shades of white. While very similar, different whites can look very different against our skin. Often, pure white will actually stand out better against a redhead’s skin, while shades of white like ivory and off-white may be closer to your skin tone and blend in more. That being said, redheads can rock either — it’s all about personal preference.

2. When in doubt, pair white with other colors

When styling a white piece of clothing, the colors you pair it with can make a big difference in how it looks. Of course, white is neutral, so it pairs well with every other color. The way you pair white is all about your preferences. Pairing white with other light colors will make you look more light and airy. Pairing white with darker colors will give you more of a contrast. You can also pair white with bright colors to help balance them out.

Here are some tips based on season:

1. Spring:

  • Pair a white blouse with pastel-colored bottoms like light pink or mint green.
  • Opt for floral print dresses with white as the base color.
  • Layer a white cardigan over a floral dress for cooler spring days.

2. Summer:

  • Wear a crisp white sundress with colorful accessories like a statement necklace or bold sandals.
  • Combine white shorts with a vibrant top like coral or turquoise.
  • Choose lightweight white fabrics like linen or cotton for breathability.

3. Autumn:

  • Pair white jeans with warm-toned sweaters such as rust or mustard.
  • Add a touch of fall with a plaid scarf or printed cardigan over a white blouse.
  • Incorporate white into layered outfits with earthy tones like olive green or burnt orange.

4. Winter:

  • Wear a white wool coat over dark-colored layers like a black turtleneck and charcoal pants.
  • Combine a white sweater with rich jewel-toned bottoms such as navy or burgundy.
  • Accessorize with metallic accents like silver or gold to add warmth to winter whites.

3. What to do when choosing between white + black

When choosing between these two neutrals, black often seems like the safer choice. Let’s think about how wearing a white top will look with your hair and skin versus a black top. A white top will reflect light, white light onto your face. For redheads with fair skin, this may help to brighten the face. Wearing a black top will reflect a darker light up onto the face, which may cause you to look more washed out. That doesn’t mean redheads can’t wear black, they absolutely can! It just means that you should try on that white top, you might be surprised how good it looks.

So, should redheads wear white?

Yes! Redheads should wear whatever they want, and whatever makes them comfortable. Our hair color is a huge part of our identity, but it doesn’t have to define everything we do. Wear white if you like it, and if you don’t there are tons of other light and neutral colors to choose from.

If you head to Google and type in “do redheads…” you’ll get a lot of suggested search queries. One of these might be: “do redheads bleed more?”

This is a question we’ve been asked many times on social media. We know several medical factors come into play when one has red hair, like an increased need for anesthesia, a higher pain tolerance, and maybe even more painful childbirth. But, do redheads actually bleed more than others? Here’s what we know.

According to a study published in 2011, “Red-haired individuals are known for their reputation of increased bleeding during surgical procedures and in women after childbirth. However, only a few sound scientific studies have been performed to assess the association between red hair and bleeding.” The study goes on to say that there was a slight increase in the rate of bruising among redhead women.

From what we know, the increased bruising among redheads is often due to thinner skin, which makes bruising more apparent. But this doesn’t directly relate to bleeding. We kept digging and found that it’s also believed redheads may be more susceptible to hernias due to a “tangential link between chromosome 16 and a condition called brittle cornea syndrome, the sufferers of which have a slightly elevated hernia risk.”

A study reported on by Time.com in 2010 talks about the belief that redheads are more susceptible to hemorrhages, and states that “a survey of tonsillectomy patients found that about 7% of both red-haired and control patients experienced post-surgical bleeding. And in a study of the blood coagulation of 50 women, half of whom were redheads, there was no difference in clotting.”

At this time, there is no scientific evidence to suggest that redheads bleed more than individuals with other hair colors. Right now, it is simply a myth or misconception.

What do you think? Do you bleed more than others? Have you heard this before?

For over a decade, photographer Keith Barraclough has been photographing redheads in a series called The Redhead Project. According to Barraclough’s website, it is “an ongoing series of studio personality portraits of natural-born redheads. Each photo shoot is a collaborative process between photographer and subject, resulting in portraits that tell redheads’ unique stories.”

Barraclough photographed our co-founders, Adrienne + Stephanie, in 2014!

Barraclough began the project in 2013 after a chance encounter with a redhead at a corporate photoshoot he was working. Barraclough explains, “That same week I’d read a National Geographic article about the extinction of redheads in 100 years. I personally only knew one redhead at the time. I was intrigued.  Processing that redhead executive’s headshots from the corporate shoot, I was struck by his presence. I got to thinking, who is this person? What’s his personality and what makes him special aside from his red hair? And the idea for this collaborative project that tells redheads’ unique stories was born.”

Photoshoots for The Redhead Project currently take place in New York City, but Barraclough has also hosted photoshoots all over the US, as well as a virtual photoshoot option for redheads. The virtual shoot idea came about during COVID-19 when shoots for The Redhead Project had to be put on hold — now it’s a way for redheads all over the world to be a part of the project. On the redheadproject.net you can see photos of redheads of all ages, as well as interviews from redheads who have attended both in-person and virtual photoshoots with Barraclough.

Barraclough isn’t the only photographer to take a special interest in redheads. Photographer Mark Elzey did an entire shoot on natural freckles, while photographer Brian Dowling has captured photos of redheads (including Madelaine Petsch) from around the world. Redheads are rare, and if there’s one thing photographers love it’s capturing rare beauty and unique features. It’s no surprise redheads are a common photographer interest.

You’ve probably heard, and even read here on HowtobeaRedhead.com that redheads have sensitive skin. We talk a lot about sensitive skin when it comes to makeup and skincare products, but what does it really mean to have sensitive skin, why do redheads in particular have sensitive skin and how can we treat it? Here’s everything you need to know:

What actually is sensitive skin?

Sensitive skin isn’t necessarily just one skin condition or skin issue. It is an umbrella term that is used to describe a skin type that can be caused by a number of factors like eczema, rosacea, or contact dermatitis. Sensitive skin can also be in your genetics, thin skin, or a weakened skin barrier. People with sensitive skin are often more prone to irritation, redness, and breakouts caused by products, environmental factors, or skin conditions.

Symptoms of sensitive skin may include redness, itching, burning, or stinging sensations. People with sensitive skin often need to choose gentle, fragrance-free products and avoid harsh chemicals or irritants to prevent reactions.

How does sensitive skin impact daily life?

Those with sensitive skin often find certain skincare, makeup, and even household items irritating to the skin. These products often have harsh chemicals in them, and/or ingredients like alcohol and heavy fragrances. There are also some skincare products like retinol or certain acids that may be too strong for sensitive skin. This means you have to be careful when choosing your skincare, makeup and household items. Thankfully these days most things are marked, and you can look for sensitive skin safe, hypoallergenic and clean products.

Sensitive skin can impact daily life in several ways:

1. Skincare routine: Individuals with sensitive skin may need to spend more time and effort researching and selecting suitable skincare products to avoid irritation. They may also need to be cautious about the ingredients in cosmetics and personal care products.

2. Daily discomfort: Sensations like itching, burning, or stinging can cause discomfort throughout the day, making it difficult to focus on tasks or enjoy activities.

3. Lifestyle adjustments: People with sensitive skin may need to make lifestyle adjustments, such as avoiding certain fabrics or environmental triggers, to prevent flare-ups.

4. Social interactions: Skin sensitivity can affect confidence and self-esteem, particularly if visible symptoms like redness or inflammation occur. This may impact social interactions and willingness to participate in certain activities.

5. Emotional well-being: Dealing with chronic skin sensitivity can be emotionally draining, leading to stress, anxiety, or frustration over the constant management and uncertainty of how their skin will react.

Overall, sensitive skin can significantly impact daily life, requiring careful attention and management to minimize discomfort and maintain skin health.

Why do redheads have sensitive skin?

Yes, the MC1R gene (the gene mutation that gives us red hair) is believed to play a role in why redheads tend to have more sensitive skin compared to individuals with other hair colors. The MC1R gene, which produces a protein involved in determining hair and skin color, is responsible for the production of melanin, the pigment that gives skin its color and provides some protection against UV radiation.

Redheads typically have a variation or mutation in the MC1R gene that leads to the production of a different type of melanin called pheomelanin, which is less effective at protecting the skin from UV damage compared to the melanin produced in individuals with darker hair colors. This may result in fairer, more sensitive skin that is prone to sunburn and irritation. The gene also leads to redheads having thinner skin which is one of the many causes of sensitive skin. On top of having thinner skin, many redheads suffer from skin issues like eczema, rosacea and contact dermatitis, all of which lead to redhead being more likely to have sensitive skin.

Additionally, individuals with red hair often have lighter skin and fewer melanocytes (cells that produce melanin) overall, contributing to increased sensitivity to environmental factors such as temperature changes, skincare products, and irritants. However, the exact mechanisms behind the sensitivity of redheads’ skin are still not fully understood and may involve other genetic and environmental factors as well.

There are a few rules to follow if you have sensitive skin:

If you think you have sensitive skin, there are a few rules you should follow. These will help to reduce your risk of inflammation, breakouts and irritation. These tips are good for anyone, not just redheads, who are suffering from sensitive skin.

  • Look for sensitive skin safe products.
  • Avoid ingredients like alcohol, fragrance, sulfates, glycolic acid, lactic acid, and benzoyl peroxide.
  • Patch test new products before application.
  • Keep your routine simple, avoid unnecessary products.
  • Opt for products with soothing properties like aloe, ceramides, hyaluronic acid, chamomile, and licorice root.

To go into more detail:

1. Choose gentle skincare products: Opt for skincare products labeled as hypoallergenic, fragrance-free, and formulated for sensitive skin. Avoid harsh ingredients like alcohol, fragrances, and sulfates, which can trigger irritation.

2. Perform patch tests: Before using a new skincare product, perform a patch test on a small area of your skin to check for any adverse reactions or sensitivity.

3. Protect your skin from the sun: Redheads tend to have fairer skin that is more susceptible to sunburn and damage. Wear broad-spectrum sunscreen with at least SPF 30 daily, even on cloudy days, and reapply every two hours when outdoors.

4. Cover up: Wear protective clothing, hats, and sunglasses to shield your skin and eyes from harmful UV rays, especially during peak sun hours.

5. Stay hydrated: Drink plenty of water to keep your skin hydrated from the inside out, which can help maintain its barrier function and reduce sensitivity.

6. Avoid extreme temperatures: Exposure to hot or cold temperatures can exacerbate sensitive skin. Use lukewarm water when washing your face or showering, and avoid prolonged exposure to extreme weather conditions.

7. Be cautious with exfoliation: Limit the frequency of exfoliation to prevent over-exfoliation, which can strip the skin of its natural oils and exacerbate sensitivity.

How redheads can care for their sensitive skin:

Redheads with sensitive skin should follow a gentle skincare routine tailored to their specific needs. Here are some tips for caring for sensitive skin:

1. Choose gentle cleansers: Opt for mild, fragrance-free cleansers that are formulated for sensitive skin. Avoid harsh ingredients like alcohol and sulfates, which can strip the skin of its natural oils and exacerbate sensitivity.

2. Moisturize regularly: Use a gentle, hydrating moisturizer to help soothe and protect your skin. Look for products with ingredients like hyaluronic acid, ceramides, and glycerin, which help to lock in moisture and strengthen the skin barrier.

3. Avoid harsh ingredients: Steer clear of skincare products that contain potential irritants such as fragrances, dyes, alcohol, and certain preservatives. These ingredients can trigger inflammation and worsen sensitivity.

4. Protect from the sun: Redheads are often more prone to sunburn and skin damage due to their fair skin and lack of melanin. Wear broad-spectrum sunscreen with at least SPF 30 every day, and reapply every two hours when outdoors. Additionally, seek shade, wear protective clothing, and use hats and sunglasses to shield your skin from the sun’s harmful UV rays.

5. Perform patch tests: Before trying out new skincare products, perform patch tests on a small area of your skin to check for any adverse reactions or sensitivity. This can help you identify potential triggers and avoid unnecessary irritation.

6. Stay hydrated: Drink plenty of water to keep your skin hydrated from the inside out. Proper hydration helps maintain the skin’s natural moisture balance and can reduce the likelihood of irritation and flare-ups.

7. Be gentle with exfoliation: Limit the frequency of exfoliation to avoid aggravating sensitive skin. Choose gentle exfoliants with smooth, round particles and avoid abrasive scrubs that can cause micro-tears in the skin.

8. Manage stress: Stress can exacerbate skin sensitivity and trigger flare-ups. Practice stress-reducing activities such as yoga, meditation, or deep breathing exercises to help keep stress levels in check.

9. **Consult a dermatologist: If you’re struggling to manage your sensitive skin, consider seeking advice from a dermatologist. They can provide personalized recommendations and treatment options to help alleviate your symptoms and improve the health of your skin.

By following these tips and being mindful of your skin’s needs, you can effectively care for your sensitive redhead skin and minimize irritation and discomfort.

Every week, we put out a call for your redhead questions. This gives you a chance to get advice or input from our team of redheads. From beauty and fashion to lifestyle, redheads are in a unique boat, and we want to help make this community a place where you can turn for all your redhead needs.

This week’s Ask a Redhead question comes from Instagram and reads: “Are strawberry blondes redheads?” And, we are answering two other redheads with similar questions, “What does it mean to be a strawberry blonde?” and “What makeup works for strawberry blondes?”

We’ve got these answers and more:

What is considered “strawberry blonde”?

Strawberry blonde is a term used to describe a light, warm hair color that’s somewhere between a true ginger color and a natural blonde. As you probably know, red hair is a color spectrum. Most redheads have some darker hues and some lighter hues in their hair which gives it its gorgeous dimension. The more dark (brown) you have the more auburn your hair looks. The more light (blonde) you have, the more strawberry blonde your hair looks. If you have an even amount of light and dark, or maybe just red and orange hues, you would be considered more of a “true ginger” redhead

Just like red hair is a spectrum, so is strawberry blonde hair. Some strawberry blonde hair is lighter and more on the blonde end, while others are more orange/red and on the ginger-end of the spectrum.

Are strawberry blondes redheads? How do we know?

The age-old question is, are strawberry blondes redheads? We know so. Strawberry blonde is one of the lightest shades of red hair and like we’ve said, it’s a spectrum. If you feel like a redhead, you’re a redhead! But if you’re unsure, or need a little more proof here’s a series of questions you can consider to help you determine if you are a “redhead”.

  • Is your strawberry blonde hair natural? Strawberry blonde hair, like ginger hair, is pretty rare, especially in adults. If your hair color is natural then chances are you’ve got the redhead gene and would be considered a redhead. If your hair isn’t natural, and you’ve had it colored and warmed up, chances are you’re a natural blonde, not a redhead. If your hair is colored, but only blonde has been added, then you might be a redhead.
  • Did your hair look red when you were younger? Think about your hair when you were a kid. Was it redder? If you’re over the age of 40, think about your hair as a teen or early twenties, was it more red/ginger? Lots of redheads have more ginger hair when they are younger, and as they get older it fades and loses vibrancy. Your strawberry blonde may actually be red hair that’s diluted with white/blonde hairs from aging or just faded red hair
  • Do you have other redhead features? Freckles and fair skin aren’t synonymous with redheads, but they are very common traits amongst redheads. If you have fair skin and/or freckles you’re much more likely to be considered a redhead by others.
  • Does red hair run in your family? Red hair has to be passed down by both parents, so look for the redhead gene in your family. If one of your parents, grandparents, or siblings is a redhead, you’ve probably got the gene.

Skincare isn’t about vanity, it’s a form of healthcare. Skin is the largest organ of the human body and skincare is how we can care for it. Many people think skincare is just something women do as part of their makeup process, but it’s so much more than that. Everyone should have a skincare routine — and that includes men! For redhead men, it’s extra important to take care of your skin so it stays healthy. Starting a skincare routine can be beneficial for anyone, including men with red hair.

How to start a routine:

We get it. Most guys don’t want some long complicated skincare routine — and that’s okay. The best way to start a skincare routine is with the basics. The most important things you can do for your skin are cleansing, moisturizing, and SPF. If you want to tackle other issues like early signs of aging, acne, or redness you can add in more products, but a simple skincare routine is really all that’s necessary. Here are some tips to help you get started and stick to it:

1. Keep it simple: Start with a basic routine that includes cleansing, moisturizing, and sunscreen. This simplicity makes it easier to stick to your routine.

2. Choose products wisely: Look for skincare products that are gentle and suitable for your skin type. Consider products with ingredients like niacinamide, hyaluronic acid, and antioxidants, which can help address common skincare concerns.

3. Establish a routine: Set aside time in the morning and evening to cleanse, moisturize, and apply sunscreen. Consistency is key to seeing results.

4. Be patient: Results won’t happen overnight. Give your skincare routine time to work, and don’t be discouraged if you don’t see immediate improvements.

5. Protect your skin: Sunscreen is essential, especially for individuals with fair skin like many redheads. Choose a broad-spectrum sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher and apply it every day, even on cloudy days.

6. Listen to your skin: Pay attention to how your skin reacts to different products and adjust your routine accordingly. If a product causes irritation or discomfort, stop using it and try something else.

7. Stay hydrated and eat a healthy diet: Drinking plenty of water and consuming a balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, and healthy fats can help support overall skin health.

8. Consider professional advice: If you’re unsure where to start or have specific skincare concerns, consider consulting a dermatologist for personalized recommendations.

Why cleansing is important:

Cleansing your skin is like washing your body. You need to remove the excess dirt, oils, and build-up that happens over the course of the day. Washing your face 1-2 times per day is a good way to keep your skin healthy and reduce blemishes. Washing your face in the morning and at night is an easy way to remember, or you can even opt to wash it in the shower.

Why moisturizing is important:

Our skin needs hydration, or it becomes dry, cracked, and damaged. Applying a lightweight, sensitive skin-safe moisturizer morning and night will help your skin tremendously. In the winter months, or if you spend a lot of time outdoors, you might need something a little heavier.

Why SPF is important

The single most important skincare product you can use? SPF! Redhead men are at a much higher risk of skin cancer than any other hair color, and using proper sun protection is the only proven way to reduce that risk. SPF isn’t just for wearing in the summer at the beach, it should be worn every single day. Apply your SPF after all your other skincare and try to reapply throughout the day if you can. Increasing your use of SPF will greatly reduce your risk of cancer, sun damage and early signs of aging.
